Delivery & Shipping Policy
We offer both professional store delivery as well as contracted shipping. Once we receive your order, we will work to find the best possible rate and method of delivery for your purchase. Your purchase will arrive fully assembled and custom packaged to protect it. Some purchases may require curbside drop off only, or may require you to provide a fork lift. You will be notified if these special circumstances apply to your purchase.
All purchases must be paid in full before delivery or shipment. Once it is paid, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Upon completion, we will deliver to the shipping company and notify you. If you wish to track the shipment, we can give you the shipping company information to obtain a tracking number.
We are very proud of the products that we offer, we stand behind our products, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. We are careful with our packaging to eliminate damages. In the event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, management has the right to determine the course of action that needs to be taken. If a product is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. Any refund due to the customer will be given in the form of a Brian’s Furniture gift card.
